OUTCOMES

What happened to people who finished

Every figure on this page is dated and sourced. Where we do not have the data, we say so.

5400
graduates since March 2023
87.99%
into a new role within six months
4751
of 5400 responded to the survey
40%
salary increase

How we measured this

Surveyed all 5400 graduates from the March 2023 to March 2025 cohorts in January 2026. 4751 responded, a 87.99% response rate. “New role” means a change of employer or job title after completing. Salary figures are self-reported and unverified. Non-responders are excluded, which will bias the figure upward — we have not adjusted for it.

QUESTIONS

The things people ask before they book

Do I need a degree or a technical background?

No. Around half of every cohort comes in from a non-technical role — retail, admin, teaching, support. What we do ask for is comfort with numbers and the time to commit to the weekly sessions. If you are unsure, book a call and we will talk it through honestly rather than sell you a place.

What is the difference between Professionals and Post Graduation?

Depth and time, not prestige. Professionals is a six-month programme with 12 weeks of live teaching and gives you one capability. Post Graduation is a twelve-month programme with 24 weeks of live teaching, and you finish with a named mentor and a weekly 1:1. Both have a project every module and a capstone. The teaching standard is identical at both levels.

What exactly does the three months of placement support include?

A rewritten CV and a portfolio we help you shape, at least two mock interviews with people who hire for these roles, and warm introductions to employers we work with. Alongside that you get a weekly check-in with the same person for the full three months. It is support, not a job guarantee — we do not promise placements.

Is it live, or recorded videos?

Live. Two scheduled sessions a week with a real instructor and a cohort of no more than 24 people. Sessions are recorded so you can go back over them, but the teaching itself happens in the room.

What happens if I miss a session?

The recording goes up the same day and your mentor will cover what you missed in your next 1:1. People miss sessions — work travel, illness, family. It only becomes a problem if it turns into a pattern, and we will talk to you well before it gets that far.

What is the certificate, and who recognises it?

An Ashwood certificate carrying a unique number that any employer can check on our verification page in seconds. It records the subject, the level and the cohort you completed. It is a record of what you actually did, backed by the capstone work in your portfolio.

Can I get a refund if it is not right for me?

Yes. You have fourteen days from the first live session to withdraw for a full refund, no questions asked. After that we move to a pro-rata arrangement based on how much of the programme has run. The full terms are on our terms and conditions page.

Already hold an Ashwood certificate?

Employers and graduates can check any certificate number in seconds.
