Terms and conditions

Last updated 1 August 2026 · Version 1.0

What you are buying, what we commit to deliver, what happens if either side cannot continue, and how refunds work. Plain English, on purpose.

01

The agreement

These terms apply between you and Ashwood Education. They take effect when you accept a place on a programme and pay the first instalment or the full fee.

02

What we deliver

Live teaching for the stated duration at weekends, a cohort capped at 24 people, a named mentor at the level you purchased, assessment of your capstone by two practitioners, and three months of placement support after teaching ends. Session times are confirmed before your cohort starts.

03

Fees and payment

Fees are stated on the programme page at the time you enrol. Instalment plans carry no interest. If an instalment is more than 14 days late we may suspend access to the portal until it is paid.

04

Cancellation and refunds

Candidates may request a full refund within the first 14 days of the Programme, provided they have a legitimate and valid reason for cancellation. Any refund will be processed excluding VAT, platform fees, and any applicable taxes or charges.

After the first 14 days, no cancellation refund will be available. However, where a refund is due under the Job Guarantee Agreement signed by the candidate and the Company, it will be processed only after completion of the Programme and the applicable Placement Support period, in accordance with the terms of that agreement.

Candidates who are eligible for a Job Guarantee refund may instead choose not to opt for the refund and continue receiving assistance and placement support, subject to the terms of the Job Guarantee Agreement.

05

If we cancel

If we cancel a cohort before it starts we refund you in full. If we cannot deliver a session we will reschedule it or provide a recorded equivalent.

06

Attendance and conduct

Certification requires attendance at 80% of live sessions and a passed capstone. We may remove a learner without refund for behaviour that makes the cohort unsafe or unworkable for others. We will always raise a concern with you first.

07

Intellectual property

Course materials remain ours and are for your personal use. Work you produce remains yours — you may show it in a portfolio or interview.

08

Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise our liability is limited to the fees you have paid. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost earnings.

09

Complaints

Complaints go to Support@ashwoodeducation.com and we respond within five working days.
